A prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We are looking for an English-speaking individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Maintain guest records and ensure all information is kept confidential
- Handle cash transactions, keep accurate records of payments, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email, reservation systems)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
