Waiter/Waitress


Our busy restaurant in Jeddah is in need of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests. This is a full-time position, open to both men and women, with no experience necessary. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the food industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Upsell additional items when appropriate
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely

Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
