Job Title: Entry-Level Merchandiser in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product displays and inventory in our retail stores. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are displayed accurately and according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Collaborate with store managers to determine product placement and quantities
- Assist with restocking shelves and setting up promotional displays
- Conduct regular store visits to assess stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Keep track of sales data and provide reports to management on product performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided on-the-job
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
