Junior Agronomist



We are hiring a Junior Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Junior Agronomist, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural projects. You will work closely with senior agronomists to provide support and expertise in crop production, soil management, and pest control.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of agricultural plans and strategies
- Conduct research on crop varieties, soil types, and environmental conditions
- Monitor crop growth and health
- Implement pest control measures
- Collaborate with farmers and local communities to improve farming practices
- Maintain accurate records of crop production and expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agriculture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques and soil management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments
- Experience working on farms or agricultural projects is preferred but not required
