Junior Accountant (Malayalee) - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and maintaining accurate financial records for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Help to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare tax returns and assist with tax audits.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget.
- Conduct monthly closing procedures and assist in producing monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is required for effective communication with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Salary: $900/month
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
