Phlebotomist

Our busy medical facility in Sakaka is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Phlebotomist, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, such as venipuncture or capillary puncture
- Properly label and store collected samples for testing
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate any fears or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure accurate test results

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in phlebotomy preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Phlebotomist in a medical setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Understanding of medical terminology and basic knowledge of laboratory procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
