IT Manager

As an IT Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our organization's information technology systems. You will work closely with other departments to identify their technology needs and develop solutions to support their operations. Your role will also involve managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the security and functionality of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the organization's goals
- Assess departmental technology needs and provide recommendations for hardware, software, and systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the organization
- Develop budgets for equipment purchases, software licenses, and other IT expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technology improvements or efficiencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Knowledge of various operating systems, databases, networking, and security protocols
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting processes

Location: This position is located in Riyadh.
Nationality Preference: Indian.
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable).
Working Hours: Part-time.
