Inventory Manager


We are a leading retail company based in Jeddah, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. This position is open to both Indian and African candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia.

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and supply chain processes of our company. Your role will involve monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate documentation of all inventory transactions. You will also work closely with the purchasing and sales departments to forecast demand and maintain appropriate stock levels at all times.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Previous experience in inventory management is preferred but not required as we are also open to candidates without experience who are willing to learn. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation for out-of-city employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits
- Analyze data to identify slow-moving or excess stock
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Work with sales team to forecast demand and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions
- Train and supervise inventory staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia
