Administrative Assistant
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining files
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the company
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
