Senior Petroleum Engineer

We are a leading oil and gas company based in Ar-Ruwais, seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Petroleum Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize oil and gas production for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting reservoir simulations to determine the most efficient extraction methods for different oil and gas fields
- Designing and implementing drilling plans based on geological data and reservoir characteristics
- Analyzing well performance and making recommendations for improvements
- Monitoring production levels and implementing measures to maximize output
- Collaborating with other engineers, geologists, and technicians to ensure smooth operations and problem-solving when issues arise
- Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and implementing new technologies as appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, drilling techniques, and production optimization strategies
- Experience with various software programs such as Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
