Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and decrease costs. You will work closely with other engineers and production personnel to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement new production systems and equipment
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot issues
- Train production staff on new processes or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of process changes, improvements, and cost savings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
