UX Designer

Our company is seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital products and interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience. This is a contract job with an urgent need for candidates who are Pakistani or Malayalee and fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct research on user needs, behavior, and preferences through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and other methods.
- Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
