Contract Attorney for Legal Consultancy Firm


We are a leading legal consultancy firm based in Al-Rayyan, Egypt seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Attorney to join our team. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients on various contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting legal contracts, agreements, and other related documents
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients or their legal representatives
- Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Providing guidance on contract interpretation and resolving disputes
- Identifying potential risks in contracts and developing strategies for risk mitigation
- Maintaining accurate records of all contract-related communications and documents
- Staying updated on changes in laws or regulations that may impact contract terms or conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in contract law
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations related to contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

This is a contract-based position with a competitive salary of $900 per month. This role requires proficiency in Arabic language as well as familiarity with English language.
