Job Title: English Tutor


We are hiring an experienced English Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to Indian students who are looking to improve their English language skills. Your main goal will be to help students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities through personalized lessons based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with Indian students of various ages and proficiency levels
- Evaluating students' language abilities and creating personalized lesson plans to address their specific needs
- Utilizing various teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning and engagement
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Preparing practice exercises, worksheets, and other learning materials for students
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to share ideas and resources for teaching English effectively

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring English as a second language
- Experience working with Indian students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
- Patience, empathy, and passion for helping others learn

Salary: $1300/month

Location: Accommodation provided in Al-Khor
