Job Title: Waiter/Waitress in Jeddah


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah. Our restaurant is looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and taking their orders
- Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
- Providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu
- Ensuring the table is set up properly before guests arrive
- Handling guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure food is served correctly
- Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of different types of cuisine
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are also preferred)
