We are a renowned Indian restaurant located in the bustling city of Al-Kuwait, and we are urgently seeking a talented and dedicated Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times
- Assist with setting up tables, decorations, or other preparations for special events or occasions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or server preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage)
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
