Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances, ensuring timely delivery and adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks safely and efficiently on long-distance routes
- Transport goods from one city to another within the country or across borders
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Plan routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other truck drivers using communication devices such as radios and cell phones
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times
- Handle paperwork such as bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other required documentation

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver
- Proven experience driving trucks over long distances
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ability to read maps and use GPS systems for navigation
- Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must be physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods
