Insurance Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base by regularly contacting potential customers and establishing relationships
- Promote and sell various insurance products to meet individual customer needs
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, benefits, and premiums
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in policies, and new products
- Meet sales targets set by the company
- Process policy applications and follow up with clients on necessary documentation
- Resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and their features
- Familiarity with insurance laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
