Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nationality: Pakistani preferred
We are a leading hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure maximum revenue for the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and reservations to ensure efficient processes for group bookings
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports for management on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry in Riyadh
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Note: This position does not require English proficiency. However, fluency in Urdu or Hindi is preferred.
