Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a highly experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Medina. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs, including visa applications, green cards, and citizenship applications. This position requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters
- Prepare and file visa applications, green cards, and citizenship applications
- Conduct research on relevant immigration laws and regulations
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in court hearings
- Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney
- Excellent knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina (accommodation provided)
