A prestigious wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating memorable and flawless weddings for our clients. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the wedding planning process, from initial consultation to the big day itself.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Create detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines for each event
- Source and coordinate with vendors such as venues, caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best possible prices and services
- Manage all logistical arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and rentals
- Oversee the design and decor of the event space
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Maintain constant communication with clients to keep them updated on progress and changes
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of current industry trends, vendors, and venues in Jeddah is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Jeddah. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities.

Other Details:
This is not a remote position; therefore accommodation will not be provided. However, visa sponsorship will be offered if needed.
