Supply Manager
A well-established company in Jeddah is seeking a Supply Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in supply management and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. The successful candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with other departments to identify supply needs and ensure efficient operations
- Analyze data to identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to improve efficiency
- Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and prices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Proven experience in supply management or procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible for employment in Jeddah
