Hotel Manager

A luxury hotel in Doha is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and profitability. Your main duties will include managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and maintaining a positive working relationship with all hotel departments.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Train, supervise and manage hotel staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all hotel departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and maintenance
- Create and maintain budgets for all departments
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance and address any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract guests
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for goods and services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of hotel management software (such as Opera) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent customer service skills

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Doha
