UX Designer

A leading design firm in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly motivated and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their target audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Present designs to clients and effectively communicate design rationale

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with data-driven design principles
- Experience designing for mobile platforms
