Job Title: Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be involved in project management, analyzing data and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new processes or modify existing ones
- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential issues or disruptions in production
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g. Excel) and statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be fluent in English; fluency in Malayalam is a plus

Salary: 1600 USD per month
