Gardener Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our gardens in Ar-Ruwais, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gardening techniques and plants, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team of gardeners.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of gardeners to ensure that all gardens are maintained to high standards
- Plan and schedule gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Train new gardeners on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools and supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their gardens
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and report any issues to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in horticulture or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a gardener supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of gardening techniques, plants, and pest control methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Salary:
1100$ per month, with accommodation provided.
