Electrical Engineer for Contract Position in Ar-Ruwais, Africa



We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Ar-Ruwais, Africa. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electrical systems and components according to project specifications
- Conduct research and analysis to determine the best materials and methods for each project
- Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet safety, quality, and functionality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the design or implementation process
- Keep updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and find solutions
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Africa or similar regions
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to electrical engineering in Ar-Ruwais

Salary: 1600$

Location: Ar-Ruwais, Africa (free visa and ticket provided)

This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for extension.
