Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishment, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Create work schedules, assign duties and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of rooms and efficient use of resources
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor expenses and budgets to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, techniques, and standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is an advantage

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)
