A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for an English-speaking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office and reservation software
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
