Concierge Specialist
As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and assist with any inquiries or requests they may have. Your duties will include making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and events, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will also handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local area attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area to make recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1800$
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (preference for Indian or African nationalities)
Employment Type: Temporary (3 months) with potential for permanent position
