Art Director - Visual Communication


We are a creative agency based in Al-Rayyan, seeking an experienced Art Director with a strong background in visual communication. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts and strategies for various projects, including branding, advertising, and digital media. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients' messages. This is an urgent position and we are specifically looking for Malayalees with their own visa. No prior experience required but fluency in English is preferred. Salary offered is 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our clients' goals and messaging
- Oversee the production of visual materials such as logos, advertisements, brochures, and digital media
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in design across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout composition
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Experience working on branding projects is preferred
