We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and appealing manner in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to ensure maximum visibility and sales of our products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all products are properly displayed and promotions are implemented correctly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute product launches and promotional events.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to make strategic recommendations for product placement and pricing.
- Train store staff on the features and benefits of our products to help increase sales.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
