English Language Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Language Teacher to join our team in El-Ain. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lesson plans, teaching students of various levels and ages, and assessing their progress. This is a contract-based position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and effective lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments
- Provide regular feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share ideas and resources
- Stay updated on the latest teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in English language
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about teaching
- Ability to adapt to different cultural backgrounds and learning needs of students

Preferred:
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms
