Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi (Pakistani Nationals Only)



Our reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Legal Adviser to join our team. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and representing them in legal proceedings.

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with a valid visa for Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters including contracts, labor laws, and business operations
- Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in court hearings or other legal proceedings
- Conduct extensive research on laws, regulations, and precedents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
