A reputable medical center in Sakaka is seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, with accommodation provided.

As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for laboratory testing, transfusions, donations, or research purposes. You will also be responsible for accurately labeling and storing blood samples, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
- Possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Pakistani national preferred.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process to them.
- Verify patient information before drawing blood.
- Use appropriate procedures to collect blood samples from patients.
- Label and store blood samples according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during or after blood collection.
- Maintain accurate records of all collected samples.
- Keep the phlebotomy area clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred.
- Current certification in phlebotomy from a recognized organization preferred.

Skills:
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques and using various types of needles and tubes.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and infection control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
