IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems, ensuring their smooth operation and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and applications
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data security and integrity
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, databases, operating systems, and hardware
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 900$ per month
