Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are urgently seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for streamlining our production processes and increasing efficiency within our manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement new production methods and procedures
- Use statistical analysis to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on performance
- Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
