UX Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our growing team in Ar-Ruwais. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and experiences that meet our clients' needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance business goals with user needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to better understand user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and other design deliverables
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Proficiency in industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience conducting user research using various methods
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferences:
- Experience working in a contract job setting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Prior experience working with international clients or on global projects
