Petroleum Engineer - Contract Position (Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan)


We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to optimize oil and gas production. You will also conduct reservoir studies, analyze data, and provide technical recommendations to improve well performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement production strategies to maximize oil and gas recovery
- Conduct reservoir simulations and analyze data to identify potential issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective solutions for drilling operations
- Monitor well performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, including simulation software (e.g. Eclipse)
- Experience with well completion design and artificial lift systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
