Our media production company is seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the visual style and artistic vision of our projects. Your main focus will be on creating eye-catching designs that effectively communicate our client's message to their target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and creative team to develop design concepts and strategies
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for projects
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout projects
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the client's brand identity and project goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually improve the quality of our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a media production company
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We welcome applications from talented individuals of any nationality who have their own visa.
