Administrative Director
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee and manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain budgets for administrative expenses
- Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory and make necessary purchases
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by senior management
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to administrative functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
