Housekeeping Manager

We are currently hiring for the position of Housekeeping Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and efficiency
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the property are cleaned regularly
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for housekeeping tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel, resort or similar establishment is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to lead, motivate and train a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety precautions
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift and move continuously throughout the day
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
