Concierge for Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring a Concierge to join our luxury resort team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for dining, activities, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Ensure lobby area is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a seasonal job that may require working weekends and holidays. However, it offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful location with excellent benefits such as accommodation, meals, and transportation provided by the resort.
