Contract Attorney for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Contract Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills, and at least 5 years of experience in contract law.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Providing legal advice and guidance on contract negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and industry developments
- Representing clients in contract disputes or negotiations
- Maintaining accurate records of all legal documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Attorney, preferably in the Middle East region
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
