Indian Art Director in Al-Khor

We are hiring a talented and experienced Indian Art Director to join our creative team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our advertising and marketing campaigns. This includes developing creative concepts, creating designs, and managing a team of designers and artists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns
- Create visually appealing designs for print, digital, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Manage a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our campaigns
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and client expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar setting
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
