Merchandiser


The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our retail store in Riyadh. They will work closely with the purchasing team to ensure that products are displayed attractively and in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. They should also be able to analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations for product placement and promotions. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals, and offers a salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket. This is an urgent position that requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visually appealing displays in accordance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations for product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer behavior, trends, and competition
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the retail industry in Riyadh
- Knowledge of Arabic language
