Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Medina. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring their performance meets company standards
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and policies
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the company
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Oversee office maintenance and supplies, including negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support for HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and expense management techniques
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
