The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing administrative tasks and staff. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient processes, overseeing budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be responsible for hiring and training administrative staff, as well as promoting a positive work culture. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
