Spanish Tutor


Position Summary:
Our language learning center in Medina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in Spanish language and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Developing personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Incorporating interactive activities, games, and multimedia resources into lessons to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Assessing students' progress and providing feedback to help them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Preparing students for exams or standardized tests by familiarizing them with the format and content of the test.
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress.
- Participating in training sessions or workshops to continuously improve teaching methods and materials.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish language, linguistics, education or related field.
- Proven experience as a Spanish tutor or teacher.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching.

Location:
This position is located in Medina, one of the most culturally rich cities in Africa. Our language learning center is easily accessible by public transportation.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
