Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial operations of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor spending and prepare expense reports
- Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers are welcome)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
